General Refund Policy:

 A customer who orders The Virginia Edition may cancel his/her order at any time within the first thirty days after placing the order and receive a full refund. If they have already received books, they must return the books in undamaged condition before they can receive a full refund.

Defective/Damaged Goods
In the event that books are damaged in transit or otherwise defective upon arrival, they may be returned for a refund within thirty days of delivery. In such instances, the Virginia Edition Publishing Company will reimburse the customer for the cost of shipping the books.

Default
The Virginia Edition will ship books in sets of eight to ten as payment is received. Customers who fail to make payments will receive no more books until adequate payment is tendered.

Response
The Virginia Edition will respond to all customer queries within four to six weeks of receipt of their correspondence.
